How to do dictation
on toll free phone

The first time you called in, you will be asked to establish
a 2-digit PIN of your choice
Full dictation Options for expert
users:
Call
888-800-7009
from any telephone. The first time you will be
prompted to set up a 2-digit pin. (remember your 2 digit pin
code)

System will ask for your 4 digit User ID and 2 digit pin
code (Enter 4-digit ID assigned by AAAMT)

After entering 2-digit pin code and # you here soft record beep -
Start Dictating.

After dictation is finished, just hang up to save file or press 5 to dictate next patient.

Pause:
Press 1 (system prompts “Pause mode press 2 to resume
dictation.” every 5 seconds.)

Resume
Recording: Press 2
-
Rewind and play:
Press 3 to (rewinds 3 seconds and play/at a time).
-
Rewind proportionally:
press 9.
-
Play while rewinding:
press 7.
-
Incremental fast-forward:
press 4.
-
Forward to end and stop:
press 44.
-
For
STAT / Priority files,
press 6 any time during dictation.

Erase and record over:
press 8.
-
Start next dictation:
press 5.
-
For file confirmation number:
press # (you will be given 6-digit number)

How to
download transcribed documents from our website:
Minimum
Requirements:
PC with
Microsoft Windows (Windows 98 minimum),
Internet
Connection,
Browser (we
support Internet Explorer with 128-Bit Encryption, HIPAA
Mandatory).

Go
to
www.aaamt.com
-
Click on “Login” at the upper left column. Login window
will pop up
-
Enter your User ID and password in respective boxes and
click on Login button.
-
Once
you successfully login, you will be taken to File Download
page automatically.
-
By
default the system shows the files that are dictated very
recently.
-
If this is first time,
wait till you prompted for software installation, click OK
-
Check the files left side of the file name
to indicate that you want to download those files. To
select all the files with single click, click on the
“Select All Files” button.
-
Then
click on the Download button to download the files on to
your local machine.
-
By default the downloaded files are stored at
“C:\Transcription Files” folder.
Instructions for Uploading dictated files on Olympus and
other recorders:
-
Go to our website:
http://www.aaamt.com

Click on “Login” at the upper left column. Login window
will pop up.
-
Enter your User ID and password in respective boxes and
click on Login button. Now you are in secured web pages.

For uploading voice files, in the left menu there is link
called “File Upload”. Clicking on file upload, the user
will be presented with file upload page at the right side
of the page.

If this is first time,
wait till you prompted for software installation, to
accept installation click OK
-
By default the uploaded files are visible in the “uploaded
window” from the local directory of “C:\AudioFiles” at the
current login user system.

In the File Uploaded window, user would be presented with
four buttons; they are “Browse Folder”,
“Remove File”, “Remove All Files” and “Upload Selected
Files”
-
Select Folder:
Select Your Folder to be uploaded from the local system to
uploaded window
-
Note: User can drag and drop the files from local system
to the uploaded window.

Upload:
The available files in the uploaded window are upload to
our server.
Above Bold and underline text are the buttons in the
Uploaded web page.
